I run D&D 5e games, in-person or online, for casual one-shots, ongoing campaigns, and team-building sessions.
Whether you need a single night of chaos for a birthday, a long-running campaign for a regular group, or a team-building session that actually gets people talking, I run games built around the table in front of me, not a script that forces itself into everyone. Every session follows the official 5e rules, so what you get is a real game, not an improv exercise with dice.
I’ve been running D&D games since 2018, and over the years I’ve developed a style that leans heavily into world-building, tactical combat, and giving players room to make their own decisions.
I love building my own settings and adventures, which is why I tend to prefer homebrew over pre-built campaigns. I enjoy putting players in difficult situations, designing encounters that reward strategy, and seeing what happens when the party inevitably comes up with a solution I didn’t expect.
When it comes to role-playing, I focus on responding to what my players give me and making their characters feel like they belong in the world we’re building together. I want their choices, interactions, and relationships with the world to matter.
Ultimately, I prepare the world, the encounters, and the problems. What happens next belongs to the players.
Not every group is looking for the same kind of D&D experience. Some just want a fun night with friends, while others want a campaign they can return to regularly. I also run sessions for groups looking to use D&D as a team-building activity.
Self-contained sessions for casual groups, birthdays, or first-timers who want to try D&D without a long-term commitment. No prior experience needed, characters and rules are covered before play starts.
Long-term storytelling for groups who want to build a world and characters together over multiple sessions, with a story that actually gets to a real ending instead of fizzling out.
Structured sessions designed for teams, using collaborative problem-solving and roleplay as a low-pressure way to build communication and trust. Delivered in-person or fully online for distributed teams.
I’m Carlo, a Dungeon Master who has been running D&D 5e games since 2018. Most of my games are homebrew because world-building is one of my favorite parts of being a DM. I enjoy creating settings, encounters, characters, and stories that give players plenty of room to decide where the adventure actually goes.
Outside the table, my background is in digital marketing, content, and project management. That experience carries over into how I prepare and run games, particularly when it comes to planning sessions, organizing campaigns, coordinating groups, and using digital tools to bring encounters to life.
At the end of the day, I want people leaving my table talking about what just happened and looking forward to the next session.
Whether you’re planning a one-shot with friends, looking for a Dungeon Master for an ongoing campaign, or organizing a team-building session, tell me what you have in mind and let’s see what we can put together.
