It’s been hectic, peeps. And as far as I can recall, I’ve slept an average of around 4 hours per day. It’s exhausting but I’d be a hypocrite to say that I think I was stressed. I love this journey I’m going through right now! All the sleepless nights of research and meetings and at the end of the day (the week, actually), I see the fruits of my labor.
No, it’s not just the money that comes with it. Rather, the experience and all the people I get to meet.
There are just so many things I’m learning and it feels like I’m really making that transition from “small entrepreneur” to “big entrepreneur” – and that’s not just physically. Though I did receive a comment about me not having business cards despite marketing myself as a Filipino social media consultant… But hey, entrepreneurs make mistakes. So I will forgive myself and start working on a business card – which I will print.
For the Win! (It’s been my catch phrase these past few weeks)
In any case, here are a few pictures from what happened last night:
A meeting in the House of representatives.
(Background: Started to take up a little advocacy for the UN, and I checked out what was going on in the World We Want Philippines campaign’s “Advocacy Moment”)
Ben Francia’s Digital Entrepreneur Mastermind Club
And just yesterday, I was able to attend Ben Francia’s Digital Entrepreneur Mastermind Club orientation. When the people came in, I was awed by how awesome they were. All of them are successful in their respective fields – and I feel, from an entrepreneur’s perspective, that I’m going to learn a lot about business, how it works and how I can make it THAT successful.
Thing is, I’ve missed a lot of things lately too (like updating my blog for instance), but I’m working on something really awesome. A freemium on Social Media Ambassadorship for employees. Excited? Me too.
This year’s going to be so awesome.
