Provide Value

Value.

What is value?

For Internet businessmen, value is that object that you give to your audience that makes them stick to you. It’s something that helps them solve their most pressing problems. It’s something that answers their most frequently asked questions (that never get answered). It’s something that increases pleasure levels and decreases or totally removes aches and pains.

Sounds like something not everyone can provide, right?

Not really. As long as you know your audience well enough (heck, if you’re part of your target audience) you’ll know what value really is.

I guess one helpful takeaway, to know what value your audience needs and wants, is for you to place yourself in the shoes of your audience. That way, you’ll know what to give them and what to do to keep them coming back for more.

And that’s exactly what you need to do to get them to do what you want them to.

“Click on this button to go to that video that helps you lose weight.”
“Use your email address to sign up and we’ll send you a copy of this FREE report.”
“Like the page to gain instant access to the world’s best kept secrets.”

See what I did there? Thing is, you have to keep them at it until such time that they just click your links subconsciously.  That basically means they trust you well enough to click on whatever it is you deem clickable.

Oh, and one more thing. Initially, you’d want to provide value for FREE.
